AutoCAD products will work (I have used Fusion 360 on my Mac) but Solidworks will definitely not work (unless you Windows operation system on your Mac). Solidworks requires Windows.
And my recommendation is to learn SolidWorks if you plan to have a job in the USA. It is the most commonly used program.
